QUALITY CONTROLS: Back checking of the questioners on a daily basis, for all the interviewers, from experienced quality controllers, according to the rules of ESOMAR / SEDEA.
TYPE AND COVERAGE OF QUALITY CONTROLS: Personal (door to door) and telephone (callback), for at least 20% of all the interviews of all interviewers.
